Measuring not to gamble
Know the real needs to develop innovative products and services
Although Apple founder Steve Jobs is an inspiration to so many, his success is not for everyone. The road to such success is often full of failures, and the success achieved is not so easily sustained over time.
The surest way to be innovative is through knowing the needs of customers. Knowing the needs means having the ability to validate the ideas developed, and knowing the success these ideas expect. Kano's model allows you to analyze, visualize and implement a structured, functional and sustainable innovation strategy.
With the SPARK method involves strategic consulting in which, over 8 days, we will begin by structuring a proven system for you to learn about the real needs of your customers, following the model studied by Professor Noriaki Kano, Professor Emeritus of the University of Tokyo, and the Design Thinking approach.
Then, we will bring a three-pronged winning strategy to life: starting with a market analysis of your company, we will measure the profitability of current products and services and then arrive at a Growth Hacking tactic through gap analysis to understand what improvements can be made with a view to cost leadership.
Finally, with strategy deployment and Hoshin Kanri methodology, we will put together the best feasible strategy for your company.
The Master Training based on the Kano model and Hoshin Kanri is the actual instructional manual of operations that guides our experiential training: we will teach you, through a day of corporate gamification, the tricks of the trade to use in your business reality, followed by a four-hour online course that will complete the training activity.
Here are the upcoming events and courses you can attend.
We develop by your side the strategy tailored to your business with 8 coaching sessions, based on the Lean Approach, through which to walk together along the path that will identify your customers' needs.
It is only the first brick in a structure that will allow first to realize and then develop the perfect plan to aim for full and complete satisfaction of the goals pursued.
