AGILE IS GOOD FOR BUSINESS

AGILE is good for companies
The validity of the Agile approach for managing the complex challenges facing companies today is amply demonstrated in several areas, e.g., project management, IT, product development, marketing-sales and services.

Frameworks are not enough: more is needed
To be able to call itself Agile, an organization needs not only the implementation of certain frameworks, such as Scrum, but also to know how to use specific methods and tools, which enable it to act on people's skills and behaviors to foster the internalization of certain practices and the spread of a true Agile culture.

THE FLOW SYSTEM FOR ORGANIZATIONAL AGILITY

THE FLOW SYSTEM for Organizational Agility (Business Agility).

The Flow System (TFS) represents a structured method that can be adapted to the specific situation, the authors call it "situational," and it is very useful for gaining knowledge of the skills and putting into practice the behaviors that constitute the DNA of Organizational Agility (Business Agility) in complex situations.

TFS teaches us that in simple and complicated situations TPS or Lean is fine.
TFS is about making us understand that to achieve business agility we have to work on the three helices of DNA: Complex Thinking, Distributed Leadership, Team Science.
TFS teaches that the fundamental and if you will most difficult thing is the interconnection between the three helices to ensure the flow of value in complex environments.
