Welcome to Florence, welcome to the Lean and Agile 2022 Summit!

Abstract

For SPARK today a dream comes true, and as Walt Disney used to say, "If you can dream it, you can achieve it!"

In January with Bastiaan, we dreamed of a summit that would be a place where various thought leaders, from companies, academia but also our partners, colleagues and practitioners would come together to discuss and define this theme: The Evolution of Lean and Agile in this age of complexity.

The Summit theme summarizes the conversations, discussions, and interactions we have had over the past year with our customers and partners. We know that you are asking how to be and stay competitive in this ever-changing world. We know that you are working on many projects at once, everything is a priority these days. We know that you are experimenting with team-based structures, covid has challenged us working remotely, and we know that we tend to prioritize technology investments over human investments.

So the key question of the Summit, considering this age of complexity, how Agile and Lean can continue to help us always one step ahead!
